Shipping policy

Orders for Cairo and Giza will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days.
Orders will not be accepted without an electronic waybill.
If the customer is unavailable, up to 3 delivery attempts will be made.
Fridays are off.
Payment methods include cash, Instapay, and Visa (Paymob).
Daily remittance of collected funds through Instapay is offered.
Customers can decide to open packages upon delivery by the courier, in accordance with your policy.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges.
